According to Engel & Volkers international professional real estate agency, the results of its activity in the Spanish market for the first quarter were very impressive. In the first three months of sales agencies increased by 25% and their total volume amounted to ˆ 3.19 million for the first quarter of 2010, while over the same period of 2009, the total was ˆ 2.58 Mill.
