In 2013, Finland is not expected to significantly increase the value of residential real estate, according to the Finnish news service YLE with reference to the statement of Danske Bank economists.
According to the forecasts of Danske Bank specialists, apartments may rise slightly in price only in the capital region of the country, and in other areas of Finland prices will remain at the same level. This is due to the fact that in Helsinki the influx of residents is constantly growing, and the volume of new housing construction does not have time to meet the growing demand.
According to Danske Bank experts, an increase in housing prices in Finland can be expected in 2014 or 2015.
