Croatia is recognized as the best country in Europe to visit in 2025 according to the European Best Destinations.
The choice was made by voting, which was attended by more than a million travelers from 158 countries.
Croatia stands out due to its diverse landscape, natural beauty and rich cultural heritage. "Croatia is a true paradise for travelers, offering a rare combination of unspoilt coastline, emerald forests, hills, majestic mountains and more than a thousand fabulous islands," writes Total Croatia.
By taking the first place in the ranking, Croatia eclipsed the queen of tourism in Europe, Spain, which was on the second line. Spain is followed by Austria, Italy, Greece, Portugal, France, Turkey, Germany and Ireland.
