According to the Indonesian General Directorate of Immigration, in the first two months of 2026, the total number of foreign tourists amounted to 2.34 million people, which is 7.7% more than in the same period of 2025.
48,086 guests arrived from Russia in January and February. The figures of the Russian tourist flow in the first two months of this year increased very slightly in annual terms - by only 0.84%.
Despite the modest increase, Russia retains its place in the top three among non-Asian countries in terms of tourist flow to Indonesia, second only to the UK.
Malaysia is the leader among all countries in terms of the volume of incoming arrivals to Indonesia in the first two months (410,390 visits), followed by China (261,795), Australia (253,544) and Singapore (218,804).
Last year, Russians set a new record for the tourist flow to Indonesia - more than 219 thousand tourists from Russia came to the country.
