The pan-European market is also showing a steady recovery. In the second quarter of 2026, the total volume of real estate investments in Europe reached about 53 billion euros, which is 6% more than a year ago. The total amount of investments in the first half of the year has already exceeded 100 billion euros, which indicates the return of confidence of major players to the market.
The key trend remains the increased investor interest in the residential sector. Real estate such as apartments, student dormitories, houses and boarding houses for the elderly accounted for almost 30% of all transactions. Experts note that capital continues to be directed into high-quality facilities capable of providing stable rental income, while bank financing remains available for reliable projects.
Savills analysts predict that the current market situation will remain stable until the end of the year. Capitalization rates for high-quality facilities on the market are expected to remain generally stable, which creates favorable conditions for long-term investments.
