The volume of construction in Spain grew by 15.9% in November 2014 compared with the same period of 2013. This figure was the highest ever recorded in the European Union, according to European statistics of "Eurostat" and the post of the Spanish real estate portal Kyero .
In general, the volume of construction in the European Union grew by 2.5% and 2.2% in the euro area. An indicator in Spain 15.9% ahead of Sweden (+ 12.5%) and Hungary (+ 8.8%), while sharp declines were registered in Slovenia (-11.2%), Italy (-7.9%) , Portugal (-5.7%) and Slovakia (-5.1%).
