In the first quarter the volume of permits issued in Spain for the construction of new residential buildings increased by 22.7% compared with the same period last year. Total number of new licenses has reached numbers 10 681, says real estate portal in Spain Kyero , citing data from the study of the Ministry of the country's development.
The trend to an increase in the number of permits issued for new construction has been going on the ninth month.
