The cost of resort accommodation on the coast of Spain is growing most in the municipalities of Gava (Barcelona) and Mojacar (Almeria), according to the portal Spanish Property Insight with reference to the leading Spanish appraiser Tinsa.
In the report "Housing on the coast of 2017" by Tinsa, municipalities were named in which prices for (mostly secondary) residential properties grew most. These include, first of all, the island of Fuerteventura of the Canary archipelago (+ 26%), as well as Gava south of Barcelona (+ 18%) and Mojacar in Almeria, Andalucia (+ 17%).
Other areas with "obvious restoration" include most of the Canary Islands, Mallorca, Ibiza, Costa Dorada, the south of Costa Blanca (Alicante), the western part of the Costa del Sol (province of Malaga) and the Costa de la Luz ( Province of Cadiz).
