Sellers housing in Spain is reducing prices even more, according to the online resource Spanish Property Insight, citing data from the largest Spanish real estate website Idealista.com .
In general, 31% of all sellers placing ads on the Internet portal have changed the asking price. According to the data Idealista.com , 134,107 sellers have moderated their requests, which is 69% more than last year. In addition, this is the most dramatic price change that the portal has ever recorded.
The prices for offers fell the most in Madrid (-10.2%), Zaragoza (-9.7%) and Barcelona (-8.8%).
