From 23 to 26 February 2012 Gostiny Dvor met the 26th International real estate exhibition participants and visitors «DOMEXPO". The exhibition was attended by 242 Russian and foreign companies from 31 countries. The best Russian and foreign construction, developers, real estate companies presented new apartments on the secondary market, country houses, commercial property, land, projects of country houses. The exhibition of foreign real estate presented by companies from 31 countries from all continents. The most widely were represented countries such as Spain (over 20,000 sites), Turkey (more than 600 objects), Italy (300 sites), Cyprus (300 sites) and Bulgaria (200 facilities). For the first time at the exhibition were presented properties of Monaco, Slovenia, Lithuania and Georgia. With great success seminar "Tours of the property", during which representatives of companies from Spain, Turkey, Bulgaria and Italy talked about the possibilities and conditions of acquisition of real estate in these countries. In addition to the exhibition at the exhibition held conferences, seminars, presentations, where market professionals receive relevant information on trends, industry development of modern technologies, shared good practice with colleagues. The exhibition is organized REC "EXPODESIGN" under the patronage of the Moscow Government and the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Russian Guild of Realtors, Moscow Association of Realtors, Moscow Association of Investors.
