In February and early March 2026, the 45th anniversary exhibition and forum on real estate investments MIPIFtook place. The event was traditionally held in two capitals:February 28, March 1 in Moscow and March4, March5 in St. Petersburg.
The organizers summed up the results: in Moscow alone, the site was visited by 1512 people! According to the organizing committee, this is a record figure for the entire history of the exhibition.
Four and a half dozen times MIPIF has gathered leading developers, investors and market experts from all over the world. This year, the geography of participants again covered more than 20 countries, including Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, Cyprus, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Montenegro, Brazil, Panama, Vietnam and others. The exhibition also featured projects in the resort regions of Russia: Sochi, Crimea, Altai, Kaliningrad.35 expert presentations and 4 round tables were held within the framework of MIPIF. The participants discussed investment strategies, legal aspects of buying property abroad, the possibility of obtaining a residence permit, and key market trends from resort real estate to facilities in large metropolitan areas.
The exhibition traditionally operated on the principle of "one window": developers, real estate agencies, lawyers and payment services were represented on one site. Visitors could get advice on all existing immigration programs, compare facilities and take advantage of special booking conditions that were valid only during the exhibition days.
The organizers of MIPIF have already announced plans for the summer season. The next large-scale event is the International Exhibition MIPIF Global will be held in June 2026. Registration is already open.
