Now the developer will be able to get permission automatically. To do this, you only need to fill out a checklist on the website. However, there are restrictions regarding the object:
- the development does not contradict the road construction plans;
- there are no more than two residential units on the site;
- all zoning regulations have been met;
- houses do not exceed the established height or number of floors, which would require additional approvals;
- the land is not located in a special purpose zone;
- access to the houses is not from the national highway or the main road.
