Famagustra demonstrated the best performance indicators for apartments in the I quarter of this year prices (+ 1.5%), while the greatest increase in house prices (+ 5.6%) was recorded in Paphos.
The cost of retail space decreased by 0.5% over the period, and office and warehouse - grew by 1.5% and 1.2% respectively.
In comparison with indicators of I quarter 2015 the cost of apartments decreased slightly by 0.2%, and homes - has increased by 0.6%.
