Cuba accepts vaccinated Russians without tests, reports the portal of the "Association of Tour Operators"
Starting from November 15, citizens of the Russian Federation with certificates of full vaccination against COVID-19 will be able to enter Cuba without presenting a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test conducted in Russia. All Russian vaccines are recognized, not only Sputnik V.
For unvaccinated tourists, the same rules remain: when boarding, they will have to present a certificate with a negative result of a PCR test carried out no earlier than 72 hours before departure.
From November 15, the program of excursions and visits by tourists to other cities of Cuba, including Havana, will be restored. Hotels in Havana and other cities in Cuba will start operating as the flow of tourists increases and based on the demand from tour operators.
