The most affordable cities in Portugal for apartment purchase are Guarda (851 euros per square meter), Castelo Branco (893 euros per square meter), Portalegri (903 euros per square meter), Braganza (1038 euros per square meter), Beja (1104 euros per square meter) and Santaren (1401 euros per square meter).
