The average cost of apartments in Yerevan increased by 10.3% in 2023, amounting to AMD 425,300 per sq. m. These are the data of the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre.
The most expensive districts in the capital of Armenia:
- Kentron (Center), an average of 837,700 drams per sq. m.(+13.5% year-on-year);
- Arabkir, 587,800 drams per sq. m (+12.6% YoY);
- Davitashen, 428,300 drams per sq. m (+11.9% year-on-year).
The most affordable real estate in the Nubarashen community, AMD 214,200 per sq. m, +6.5% year-on-year.
Apartment sales in Yerevan decreased significantly last year by 29.6% (to 8,073 transactions).The number of apartment rental transactions decreased by 23.9%.
