In the 4th quarter of 2025, compared to the 3rd quarter, housing prices increased by 1.9%. At the same time, prices in the primary market decreased by 0.3%, while in the secondary market they increased by 2.3%.
In the 4th quarter, compared to the same quarter a year earlier, real estate prices increased by 11%. New housing prices rose by 6.4%, while secondary housing prices rose by 11.8%.
In 10 years, since 2015, the rise in prices for apartments and houses in Latvia has amounted to 124%. Thus, the country is one of the leaders in terms of house prices in the European Union.
