Leonardo DiCaprio delivers his new home

Actor Leonardo DiCaprio has already acted as a landlord, renting out his house in Malibu, and now he has decided to invite everyone (for $4,500 per day) to Palm Springs, where his possessions called Modernist are located. You can stay for at least two nights. This is told by the newspaper's portal LA Times.

The estate is located on 1.3 acres in the Old Las Palmas area. It was built in 1963 by architect Donald Wexler and underwent a complete renovation. DiCaprio acquired Modernist last year for $5.23 million.

The house has an area of 2140 sq. m., panoramic windows, wooden ceilings, a massive stone fireplace and a bar in the living room. Including the servants' quarters, there are six rooms and 7.5 bathrooms. There is a swimming pool, a spacious garden with lawns, as well as a tennis court.
