In the IV quarter of 2015 property prices in Malta increased by 10.03% compared to the same period last year, according to an international portal Global Property Guide , citing data from a recent study of the Central Bank of Malta.
During this period, apartment prices rose by 7.32%. House terraced demonstrated the most significant growth in the market - the price for the year increased by 17.86% in the IV quarter of 2015. maisonettes cost also increased by almost half, to 15.21%.
