From April to June 2024, sales of new apartments and houses in Brazil increased by 17.9%.
According to Metropoles, this increase is significantly higher than in the same period last year, when it was 8.5%.
In the 2nd quarter of 2024, a total of 93,743 housing units were sold in 221 Brazilian municipalities, which is a record since data collection began in 2016.
The Brazilian housing program "My House, my Life" has shown impressive results. In total, 39,332 objects were sold under this program, which is significantly more than in the same period of 2023 (26,935 objects).
