(50 euros).Although there was a more moderate increase in the rental sector, it was more noticeable in areas where previously the lowest rents were observed.
According to analysts, the market is becoming more fragmented and heterogeneous, as demand for purchases remains high and is being redistributed to other territories besides large cities. Price increases are now typical not only for large urban centers. The price increase also reflects a change in housing search patterns due to adaptation to a limited supply.
