Despite the decline in demand, property prices in Montenegro are not declining, according to Srbija Danas .

Montenegrin developers say that despite the drop in sales, they will not reduce apartment prices. They emphasize that even before the arrival of the pandemic, demand did not increase, so they see no reason to reduce prices in the current period.

According to experts, the stabilization of the market, growth in demand and sales of real estate - primarily apartments - may begin in late 2021 and early next year, when the epidemiological situation is expected to improve.
