In 2017 Homes Overseas Russian Awards will be held in a new format. Not only developments can be applied for the Awards, but foreign real estate agencies as well!
Agencies can apply for participation in 2 categories of nominations: “Best real estate agency” and “Best real estate agency website”. Check the list of nominations.
There are some easy requirements for companies which would like to applied for participation in the category “Best real estate agency”:
- Agency should be officially registered abroad of Russian and have an office in the country of its registration;
- Agency should have necessary licenses and certificates and work on market minimum for 3 years.
- Agency should work with Russian speaking clients which includes Russian version of website and minimum 1 Russian speaking employee.
Homes Overseas Russian Awards is a sign of quality which proves top level of the agency on Russian and global market. It’s an independent appreciation which gives considerable competitive advantage and contributes to attract new clients.
Applying is free of charge. The Jury will select the best companies which will become the Nominees of the Awards and will pay the standard fee for participation. Application for participation in Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2017 are accepted on the official Awards website until 15th of February 2017.
