In the first nine months of 2025, the volume of real estate transactions in Cyprus amounted to almost 3.5 billion euros, which is 12.6% more than in the same period last year. These are the data of the Council for Registration of Real Estate Agents.
From January to September, 13,173 sales contracts were signed across the country, which is 13% more than in the first nine months of 2024.
Thus, the market continues to thrive. The increase in the value of transactions indicates an increase in prices and an influx of large strategic investments.
"Interest from both local and foreign buyers... It promises continued activity in the coming months," said the President of the Council, Marinos Queiroz.
Limassol is still a leader in the market: the total amount of transactions has reached 1.3 billion euros, which is almost 37% of the total volume in the country. The largest number of real estate transactions were registered in Nicosia, which indicates a high local demand.
