According to the Colliers report, growth was observed in the Batumi residential real estate market in June 2026: the number of apartment transactions and their market value increased.
In the first month of summer, 1,468 transactions were completed, which is 8% more than in the same month last year. The market volume increased by 28% to $100 million.
Apartment sales in new buildings increased by 11% compared to June 2025, while sales in the secondary market decreased by 26.4%.
The share of foreign buyers in the Batumi housing market in June was 47%.
The cost per square meter in the primary market increased by 22% over the year, reaching $1,455.
