Prices for apartments and houses in Bulgaria continue to rise. In the 4th quarter of 2024, they increased by 2.7% compared to the previous quarter. This is evidenced by the latest data from the National Statistical Institute (NSI). The annual price increase was 18.3%, which is higher than in the 3rd quarter (16.5%).
Quarterly rise in property prices in some Bulgarian cities:
- Rusa - 8%
- Plovdiv - 5,9%
- Varna - 5.1%
- Stara Zagora - 4.5%
- Sofia - 2.2%
- Burgas - 1.5%
Thus, statistics show a steady upward trend in the housing market across the country, with the annual pace of price increases accelerating. This confirms the continued interest in real estate as an investment object, despite the fact that the purchase has become more expensive.
