The Cyprus new building market showed steady growth in 2025, while Limassol remained the undisputed leader in both the number and total value of transactions.
According to an analysis by Landbank Analytics covering the period from January to October 2025, apartments still occupy the lion's share of the market. In 10 months, 5,059 new apartments were sold compared to 1,138 houses. The total sales of apartments across the country amounted to 1.41 billion euros, with an average selling price of 280 000 euros. The average selling price of a house reached 518,000 euros.
Although Paphos took the fourth place in terms of sales (799 new properties), the highest average sale price was recorded here < span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">< span style="font-weight: normal;">697,000 euros, which is significantly higher than even in Limassol (582,000 euros).
