The Independent Media Sanoma Magazines publishing house will organize the Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2010 in the field of overseas real estate. This is the first such award in Russia, which is designed to give a new impetus to the development of the overseas real estate industry and create an effective platform for communication between professionals. During the award, current projects of foreign real estate will be evaluated in 37 nominations. The best of them will receive a Gold, Silver or Bronze Homes Overseas Russian Awards. The official start of the Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2010 will be given on November 27 at the All Real Estate of the World exhibition in Crocus-Expo, where the presentation of the award will take place. Then, by February 15, 2010, applications will be accepted from participants, among which the jury of the award will select the best projects that will become Nominees, and in the second round will compete for awards. The announcement of the results of the award and the presentation of awards will take place at the Gala Dinner on April 8, 2010 at the Marriott Grand Hotel, where for the first time in the history of the Russian overseas property market, the entire elite of the industry will gather in one hall - leaders and top managers of leading companies. An audience of 200-250 people is expected. Technologies for holding the award and evaluating projects are provided by the British partner - Globespan Media, which has been conducting such events since 2004.
