The developer Dubai Properties (DP) announced a 70% readiness of Dubai Wharf (Wharf Dubai), located in the heart of the Culture Village project near the Dubai Water Canal. The project will cost 800 million dirhams ($217 million). This tells the portal Zawya.
The construction of the first tower of the project will be completed in November and two more towers will be built in the first quarter of 2017. The shopping area, and the fourth tower will be ready by the fourth quarter of next year.
New residential tower will include 594 Studio, one, two and three bedrooms and 110 of premises shopping destination and is designed to open restaurants, entertainment venues and shopping outlets. They will be located on the first floor overlooking the canal.
