According to the analysisInvestor.bg Based on data from the Registration Agency, in 2025, an increase in real estate transactions was recorded by about73% of Bulgarian settlements. The statistics take into account transactions with all types of objects: housing, offices, retail space, warehouses, and agricultural land.

Among large areas, only showed double-digit growthSofia (+11%)andPlovdiv region (+10.3%).
Dynamics in key areas:
Resorts. In Nessebar(includingSunny Beach) the number of transactions increased by 2.7% (to 8,930), in Balchik by 9.7%, in Caviar by 13.7%. Winter resorts also showed positive dynamics.:Razlog(Bansko) +11.6%,Samokov(Borovets) +5.6%.
● About Sofia.Significant growth has been noted in suburban areas: Pernik(+16%),Elin-Pelin(+8%).
Large regional centers.Positive dynamics were shownBlagoevgrad(+13%),Haskovo(+10.3%),Pleven(+7%),Shumen(+5.2%). A slight decrease was recorded in Kardzhali (-0.6%).
