Poland: the volume of home sales is growing rapidly
In the third quarter of 2015 the volume of residential property sales in Poland grew by 4% (13 200 properties) compared to the previous quarter. It is reported by a weekly digest of the professional edition Property Investor Europe (PIE) , citing data from research agency REAS Warsaw.
Throughout the country, writes the PIE, the sales volume is growing at a rapid speed, which, however, must necessarily slow down in the near future.
Total number of apartments sold in Poland for the first three quarters of this year, is 37 000. Even if everything else is sold 5,000-6,000 apartments, sales will exceed 2014 figures.
