The style of the mansion, built in 1986, is inspired by the architectural design of French villas. It has recently undergone a complete renovation. Jackie Chan, who also owns properties in Hong Kong and other parts of the world, purchased the estate for $3 million in 1998. Eight years later, he sold it for almost twice as much: for $6.3 million. And its initial price in 1986 barely exceeded $850,000.

The house itself has an area of more than 2,300 square meters, convenient entrances from two floors, a spacious living room, a professional kitchen, a rotunda, six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The gems of the property are a family living room decorated with natural wood, a special bar and a temperature-controlled wine storage room. There are three fireplaces in the house.

The estate has a perfect landscaping, occupies a third of an acre and includes a patio, a swimming pool, a spa with a waterfall, as well as a detached house with barbecue and an outdoor dining room.
