The Batumi real estate market grew in the first month of 2025, according to a report by Colliers Georgia. The number of apartment sales increased by 3.2% compared to December, amounting to 1,049 units. At the same time, housing sales in new buildings showed a 3% increase, while sales of second homes increased by 5.7%.
The total market volume grew by 17.4% in January compared to the previous month, reaching 57 million dollars.
The average price of apartments in new buildings increased by 8% compared to January last year to $ 1,130 per sq. m. The average price of finished housing for the year increased by 16.2% to $ 1,100 per sq. m.
