Sales in London's One Hyde Park project has reached 1 billion pounds, the report said the company IntermarkSavills. The sum of transactions concluded on the project is 973,861,720 pounds, which is the actual sale of 46 apartments. In addition, the exchange was made treaties that the UK is the actual conclusion of the transaction, in the amount of 120 million pounds. The main buyers of housing in the project - the British, Russian, European, as well as representatives of the Asia and Middle East. The project is located in London's Knightsbridge, bordering Hyde Park and Sloane Street, and is serviced by specialists of the hotel chain Mandarin Oriental. The project is owned by a consortium of Project Grande (Guersney) Limited, established property developer CPC Group, with its headquarters on the island of Guernsey and owned by the Prime Minister of Qatar now Waterknights.
