Home sales in Cyprus increased by 19% in March compared to March 2024. The rise was recorded in all regions:
- Pathos +32% year on year
- Larnaca +21%
- Nicosia +18%
- Famagusta +15%
- Limassol +11%
Most of the deals were concluded in Limassol in March - 477. This is a record monthly figure since 2008.
In January - March 2025, sales increased in all regions:
- Larnaca +26%
- Limassol - 15%
- Nicosia - 15%
- Pathos +7%
- Famagusta +4%
Real estate sales to foreigners
The number of transactions with citizens of other countries increased by 25% compared to March 2024. The number of transactions increased by 41% in Larnaca, by 39% in Paphos, and by 21% in Limassol. In Nicosia, this figure fell by 13%, while in Famagusta it remained unchanged.
Real estate sales to non-EU foreigners
The number of contracts with citizens of non-EU countries increased by 30%, with growth occurring in all regions. Sales in Famagusta increased by 40%, in Larnaca by 34%, in Paphos by 31%, and in Limassol and Nicosia by 26%.
