According to the data of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) for November 2025, there is a continuing trend towards the outflow of foreign, primarily Russian, investments from the Bulgarian real estate sector.
The net inflow of foreign capital into this area remains negative, reaching -18.6 million euros in the first eleven months of 2025. For comparison, in the same period of 2024, the outflow amounted to 11.6 million euros.
