According to the data of the Department of Lands and Geodesy of Cyprus for January-February 2023, Russians have become the largest group of foreign buyers of real estate on the island.
Russian citizens are followed by buyers from the UK, Israel, Greece, Lebanon, Germany. In addition, people from Romania, China, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Bulgaria, Poland, Belarus and the USA also acquire housing and commercial facilities in the country.
