In Limassol, Russians are in the lead, who have bought 2,561 properties (1,292 contracts have already been signed, 1,269 contracts are at the stage of registration). The British are in second place (1,840 sites) and the Israelis (1,154 sites).
In Paphos, British nationals are on the first line (4483 objects), and Russians are on the second (1563 objects). The Israelis are on the third one, just like in Limassol (1,291 objects).
In Larnaca, the share of foreigners is distributed as follows: British citizens (2,743 objects), Lebanese citizens (1,744 objects), Israeli citizens (1,406 objects).
In Nicosia, the list of leaders was headed by the Greeks (1,626 sites). The British and Australians ranked second and third (1,584 and 545 sites, respectively).
Famagusta was preferred by the British (1,182 sites), the Greeks (165 sites) and the Lebanese (131 sites).In just four years, 37,000 properties in Cyprus have been sold to foreigners. The share of non-Cypriots in the total volume of transactions was 15.6%
