Lower prices were recorded in the sector of secondary apartments, and the price of new apartments has not changed. In annual terms, the cost of apartments declined by 1.9% in September, this figure was 2.4%. In the Lithuanian capital in the period from 2007 to October 2011, apartment prices fell by 39.2%.
