Ireland's real estate market is gradually slowing, reports the Global Property Guide .

Residential property prices rose 0.9% in the second quarter of 2019, which is a sharp slowdown compared to the same period last year, when housing prices increased by 11.46%.

In fact, this figure was the lowest since the second quarter of 2013.

Over the past quarter, housing prices in Ireland rose by 0.35%.

The cost of an apartment in Dublin is about 2354 euros per sq.m.
