Real estate prices in Nice remained stable in the 3rd quarter of 2023. According to Fnaim (National Real Estate Federation of France) on October 1, the average sale price of a house was 6476 euros per sq. m, and apartments were 4890 euros per sq.m.
Compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022, an increase in the cost of housing by 2.7% was recorded. Over the past 3 years, prices have risen by 17.1%.
According to the report of the Observatoire analytical resource Clameur, the average rent in Nice increased by 3.6% over the year.
