According to the Colliers report, 2,536 residential real estate transactions were completed in Slovenia in the 1st quarter of 2025, which is 13% more than in the 1st quarter of 2024.
The cost of housing transactions reached 420 million euros, which is 8% more than in the 1st quarter of 2024 Prices for apartments and houses increased by 3.2% over the year. In the secondary market, the increase was 5.1%, and in the primary market - 6.1%.
The number of residential buildings for which a construction permit has been issued has decreased by 11% compared to the first half of 2024.
