The list of the world's cities with the most expensive real estate was published by Deutsche Bank. He conducts such a study every year. 

Hong Kong topped the ranking in 2025, despite a 20 percent drop in prices over the past 5 years. Housing in the center of this metropolis costs an average of $25,946 per square meter.
