The average cost of apartments in Sofia in 2015 amounted to ˆ815 / 1 sq. m in comparison with ˆ794 / 1 sq. m in the third quarter of 2015 and with ˆ764 / 1 sq. m in the fourth quarter of 2014. The average price of apartments in Bulgaria's capital last year amounted to ˆ70 200.
The difference between the requested price and the actual amount of the transaction has decreased to ˆ100 / 1 sq m – the lowest for many years, notes in his research of Bulgarian Properties.

The company expects further price increases in the capital of Bulgaria, which this year could reach 7%, and the growth of sales volumes.
