The Cyprus real estate market continues to be stable. This is evidenced by the data of the Land Registry and cartography, which are processed quarterly by the Real Estate Registration Board.
In the first nine months of 2023, 8681 transfers of property rights totaling 1.4 billion euros were carried out in Cyprus, and 9374 purchase and sale agreements totaling 3.3 billion euros were signed.
Marinos Kinheiro, President of the Real Estate Registration Board, stated: "We are very pleased to see how the Cypriot real estate market is achieving remarkable results, despite the prevailing negative environment. External demand combined with supportive domestic demand creates optimistic expectations for this year.
