Six months later, the sea traffic between Montenegro and Italy resumed. On Friday morning, May 19, a ferry from the Italian Bari arrived in Montenegro Bar. The same day, at 22 o'clock, the ship went on a return flight, writes Balkanpro .
In May, September, October and November the new ferry will run between the cities once a week, and in the summer months - twice a week. On the next flight on May 26, the ship will sail from Bar to the Apennines also on Friday. From May 31, the schedule will change: until July 26, the ship will be sent to Italy on Wednesdays (22 hours before July 19) and Saturdays (at 12 hours).
The ferry "Dubrovnik" (Dubrovnik), as the ship is called, belongs to the Croatian transport company Jadrolinija. The ferry has 148 cabins, designed for 457 seats, and 384 air seats.
At the service of passengers is a restaurant with 135 seats, a self-service restaurant with 224 seats, a bar, a video room and a children's playroom. The vessel can take on board 1,300 passengers and 300 cars.
Recall that the message on the Bar-Bari line was suspended on December 3, because the ferry Sveti Stefan, who was carrying passengers and cars between the two cities, ceased to meet the necessary requirements.
