Karetny "wah" (4 sq m) will cost here in THB 1 million (€25 300), which is 17.6% higher than in the period 2012-2015.
The second most expensive street of Bangkok on Ratchadamri Road between Ratchaprasong intersection and Pathumwan, but also the whole street Phloenchit Road. Square "wah" here costs THB 900 000 (€22 775), which is 12.5% higher than in the previous four years.
Outside of Bangkok the most expensive region is the area of hat Yai Songkhla province, where the land costs on average 400 000 THB (€10 100), "Vah". It is followed by Northern province of Chiang Mai and the centre of the capital, where "Islands" of land will cost THB 250 000 (€6300) and Pattaya Beach Road in Chonburi (THB 220 000 or €5570).
The most inexpensive land in Thailand you can buy in Omkoi district, Chiang Mai province, which is estimated at only THB 10 (€0,25) per square "wah".
