In the first three months of 2025, 9.55 million foreign visitors visited Thailand, which is 1.9% more than in the same period of 2024. These are the data from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports.
Tourism revenues increased by 10.5% year-on-year, amounting to 462.75 billion baht.
Most of the tourists came to Thailand from China (1.3 million) and Malaysia (1.15 million). Russians complete the top three (722.2 thousand).
Recall that in 2024, the country has received 35 million international tourists. Russians ranked fifth among the guests from abroad.
