According to a survey of the State Association of Realtors, for the year until the end of May 2009 only 22.5% of US real estate agents have at least one customer from abroad. Compared with 26.2% last year and 32% in 2007, fell in 2009 the share of foreign clients. However, it is still a strong performance, given the size of the United States. It would be interesting to see how reduced rates in those three states that are of interest for the lion's share of foreign buyers - Florida, California and New York. On this Site Inman.com
