Foreigners owning real estate in Australia were forced to sell their property acquired by illegal means to the state since 2015. As a result, 316 properties with a total value of $ 381 million became the property of the country's government.
Foreign owners, who were the owners of these objects, were representatives of China, Great Britain, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, USA, Hong Kong, Italy and Germany.
